GENERAL MANAGER FINANCE & COMPANY SECRETARY
Neville Thomas brings over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, including 30 years with DARE Disability Support. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, is a member of CPA Australia, and serves as a Justice of the Peace.
Neville’s career spans a diverse range of roles, from Accounts Clerk and Business Analyst at Toyota Motors Australia, to Finance Officer at Fairmont Resort Leura, and international volunteer work in Zambia. He has drawn on this breadth of experience to oversee DARE’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the effective management of assets, investments, and supplier contracts.
Known for his commitment to mission-driven work, Neville is dedicated to maximising the impact of every dollar and supporting the staff and clients of DARE. Outside of his role, he enjoys contributing to meaningful projects that enhance the lives of people with disabilities and strengthen the organisation’s impact in the community.
