GENERAL MANAGER QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
Kathryn Woods brings extensive experience in the disability and community services sector, with a career spanning frontline support, case management, and quality assurance. She began her career as an Assistant in Nursing, working across ageing and disability services, and has since supported people with complex needs transitioning from hospital to the community and coordinated crisis and homelessness services in the Penrith area.
Kathryn holds a Degree in Health, Ageing and Community Services, as well as Diplomas in Case Management and Quality Auditing. She now leads quality and compliance initiatives at DARE, ensuring services meet NDIS standards and supporting staff through training and workplace projects.
Kathryn is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality services and fostering opportunities for people with disabilities. Outside of her role, she enjoys contributing to workplace training and initiatives that empower individuals to build meaningful careers and achieve their goals.
