GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS
Emma is passionate about supporting people with disabilities and bringing out the best in every individual. She began her career as a Disability Support Worker while completing a Bachelor of Community Services at Western Sydney University and has since held roles as Case Manager, Team Leader, and Coordinator, supporting children, adults, and families across a range of programs.
Her experience includes leading initiatives such as the Independent Living Skills Initiative (ILSI) and supporting the rollout of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), helping hundreds of families—particularly in culturally and linguistically diverse communities—access the supports they need.
Emma is known for her collaborative, values-driven leadership, focusing on inclusion, empowerment, and creating meaningful outcomes. She is committed to building strong, positive teams and helping people achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Outside of work, she enjoys being part of her local community and making a difference close to home.
